About Tim

I spent 15 years as a professional educator, which shaped how I design training that people actually remember. Today I work at the intersection of marketing, learning and development, and applied AI. My focus is helping teams in the Great Lakes Bay Region use AI with clarity, safety, and real business value.

I currently lead the marketing department for a family of six companies. I also direct learning and development for four of those companies, and I serve as the AI integrator across all of them. That means I build practical playbooks, select and govern tools, and coach teams so they can ship better work with less friction.
