AI workshops that check back 30 days later.
Understanding Your AI workshops teach teams to use ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini on their own work in one hands-on session, then measure adoption 30 days later. Workshops start at $999 for teams up to five and run on-site anywhere in Michigan or live online.

What every team workshop includes
- A five-minute baseline survey before the session
- Practice on your team's own tasks, on your own devices
- Team prompts and a short playbook for each role
- The 30-day adoption report and results meeting
What happens before the workshop?
Everyone on the team takes a five-minute anonymous survey: how often they use AI, for which tasks, which tools they have, and what's holding them back. Then I spend 20 minutes with the owner or manager choosing the three to five tasks that would save the most time if AI handled the first draft. The session is built from those two things, so it fits your team instead of a generic slide deck.
What happens during the workshop?
Plain-language basics first: what these tools are good at, where they go wrong, and what to keep out of them. Then practice, on your own devices, on the tasks we picked together. Each person builds prompts for their own role and reviews the results with me in the room. Everyone leaves with a short team playbook and the prompts they built.
Length: set on the scoping call so it fits your team's schedule. Larger rollouts can be split across shifts or departments.
Tools: whichever your team already pays for. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini are all covered.
What's in the 30-day adoption report?
Thirty days after the workshop, your team retakes the same short survey. You get a one-page report and a 30-minute meeting covering how many people use AI weekly compared with the baseline, how many different kinds of tasks they use it for, the most common uses, the most common blockers, and a recommended next step.
The report tracks breadth, meaning how many kinds of tasks each person uses AI for, because a tool used for one task is easy to abandon and a tool used for seven is a habit.
Surveys are anonymous by default and results are reported by team or role. Nobody gets called out. Individual follow-up happens only for people who ask for it.

What if the report shows people are still stuck?
Then we know exactly where, which is the point. Sometimes the answer is a short follow-up session for one department. Sometimes it's one-to-one coaching for two people. Sometimes it's a decision the owner needs to make, like which tool to pay for or what the data rules are. And sometimes a team is ready for ongoing strategy through AI Strategy Partner. The report tells us which.

Paid business accounts are strongly recommended, because they include data protections personal accounts don't. If your team isn't there yet, the workshop can cover which plan to choose before anyone puts company information into a tool.
Yes, by default. Results are reported by team or role so people answer honestly. Individual follow-up happens only for people who ask for it.
Skeptics are welcome. Their objections are usually what the rest of the room is quietly thinking, and answering them out loud helps everyone. Nobody is singled out in the session or the report.
